New Proposal to Toughen Driving License Criteria in the Netherlands

Famous for its bikes and cycling culture, it may come as a surprise that people do drive in the Netherlands. But getting a drivers license here is not exactly easy. Currently, only about half of people pass the practical exam and less than half pass the theory exam. But getting a license might soon become even harder.
